Biography

Blake practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, probate litigation and estate planning, civil litigation, and business law. His legal background includes experience with the Greene County District Attorney’s Office, a respected litigation firm in Macon, Georgia, and a full-service law firm in the Atlanta area, providing him with a solid foundation to adeptly represent his clients. Blake was born in Augusta, Georgia, and moved to Burke County at a young age. He attended school in Burke County, ultimately graduating from Edmund Burke Academy in Waynesboro. Blake went on to the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology, with an area of emphasis in research methodology.

During his time at UGA, he was an active member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He then attended Mercer University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude in the top 10% of his class. While at Mercer, Blake was a member of the Mercer Law Review. After law school, he was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. Blake is a sports enthusiast, avidly supporting the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves, and Atlanta Falcons. He also enjoys spending his free time on the golf course, hunting, and grilling with friends and family.
