Brandtley is an associate in the Evans office of Hull Barrett and a member of the Private Wealth transactional group. Brandtley’s practice focuses on business law and estate planning. Prior to joining Hull Barrett, Brandtley worked for a multinational law firm in Atlanta where she gained experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets activities. Brandtley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Brandtley served as an editorial board member and articles editor for the Georgia Law Review.
She also served as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Jean Mangan, President of the Transactional Law Club, and was a multi-year Student Attorney in the Business Law Clinic. In her final year of law school, Brandtley received the inaugural Carol E. Morgan Award for Excellence in the Study of Business Law and Ethics. Prior to law school, Brandtley received a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs from the University of Georgia, graduating summa cum laude with the First Honor Graduate distinction. Outside of work, Brandtley enjoys spending time with her husband, Harrison, and their dog, Fitz. (Hull Barrett)
